 In partnership with Restormel Borough Council (RBC), we offer an 'Intensive' Housing Management service to tenants in temporary accommodation. It aims to promote and support tenants to maintain a well-run household that enables all members to enjoy a healthy, safe and positive environment. The project is currently supporting about 70 clients.

Our service covers areas such as:

• Rent management and ensuring benefits are claimed correctly
• Budgeting and money management
• Practical housekeeping tasks
• Supporting tenants to deal with issues that could affect the ability to sustain a tenancy, such as drug or alcohol abuse, or mental health problems
• Finding work, accessing education and developing interests and hobbies
• Managing relationships with others, avoiding anti-social behaviour
