The Leonard Stocks Centre, a project managed by Chapter 1 in partnership with Shekinah Mission, is a 24-bed hostel which provides accommodation and support services to homeless individuals in the Torquay area of Torbay. In a partnership funded by Supporting People, Chapter 1 together with Shekinah Mission, manage the accommodation, support the residents, and are responsible for all day-to-day activities.
