What is GET 1NVOLVED?
GET 1NVOLVED is about 3 things:
- Staff and service users having a good working relationship
- Service users having a say in the organisation and their service with the power to cause change when needed
- Building a sense of belonging for service users

New policy, strategy and standards launched!
It’s the new year and a chance to improve the way service users GET 1NVOLVED in Chapter 1 through the launch of a new policy, strategy and standards.
These are not just words but a clear commitment from Chapter 1 to work in partnership with the people who receive a service from the organisation. We want everyone who receives a service from us to have a sense of belonging with us and feel comfortable working with us as we continually seek to improve our services.
The new documents have come out of discussions with service users and staff across the organisation. The 3 points of what GET 1NVOLVED means came out of literally hundreds of people saying what it means to them and the strategy captures the vision for where service users want Chapter 1 to go with GET 1NVOLVED over the next few years.
