St Andrews complex offers four levels of good quality supported housing in four distinct projects within Exmouth for men and women who have experienced mental health difficulties. The aims of the project are:
- To provide a respectful environment that promotes and encourages positive lifestyles
- To offer support and help in a caring and practical way that allows for self-determination and is not imposed
- To assist service users to gain/maintain skills and confidence through a joint assessment process
- To work in partnership with all service users through a linkwork programme, which includes regular meetings with a named linkworker, the identification of and working towards the service user's goals and regular review meetings
- To work in partnership with service users and supporting agencies to access employment, education, training and social or cultural opportunities
- To provide an agreed plan for "move on" and resettlement.
