"The staff at Christopher House helped me to turn my life around. Just having somebody who wanted to listen to me talk was really important. It helped me to understand that what happened to me mattered to somebody and helped give me the strength to face up to my problems.

I had reason for living and all their hard work and effort in changing me, made me the person I am. Without Christopher House I wouldn't be where I am today."
