I joined Chapter 1 in March 2002. My management role consists of overall responsibility for Chapter 1 supported hostels in Pembridge Square, Walthamstow, Homerton Space, Tunbridge Wells and St Leonards.  I also manage the international student hostel in Waterloo; a service which I am keen to develop further.

As a member of the Corporate Management Team (CMT), I work closely with my colleagues to ensure that operationally and strategically Chapter 1 is moving in the right direction, ensuring we address all the issues in what are increasingly complex areas. 

Prior to joining Chapter 1, I worked for sixteen years in a Local Authority Housing Department and more recently for a major Registered Social Landlord.  I have covered all aspects of social housing work.

Apparently I am the unofficial 'social secretary’ for the organsiation.  Any good ideas let me know!

Outside of work, I am a fanatical armchair football fan!  Any Burnley FC fans out there do call me - it can be quite lonely!  I also enjoy outdoor pursuits and consider myself a decent cook although my wife and three children may have different thoughts on this.
