Deposits and Charges
- A £450 deposit is required once an offer of accommodation is made to secure your booking.
**This deposit will be managed as set out in Section 1.10-1.13 of the licence agreement.
- A £25 non-refundable administration fee is required at the time of the booking.
Discounts
A 5% discount will be applied for any student that pays in full at the time of booking a 39 and 51 week contract, as of 10th September 2012.
Payment Charges
There will be charges applied for any payment made using a credit or debit card. Please refer to the FAQ's page for details of these charges or other ways to pay.
